Melody excels in guiding clients through the often-complex and stressful process of Medicare enrollment, helping to ensure they feel confident and well-informed about their choices. She brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to assisting clients with their health care insurance needs.

Before joining Keystone Financial, Melody dedicated six years to social work, first with the Aging and Disability Resource Center in Waukesha County for four years, followed by a position in Behavioral Health at Eau Claire County’s DHS for two years. Her background in social work has honed her ability to empathize with clients, understand their unique needs and provide personalized support.

Driven by a passion for education and support, Melody entered the insurance industry to help demystify the Medicare enrollment process for individuals. Her experience lies in working one-on-one with clients, meticulously explaining the different parts of Medicare to help ensure they make informed decisions that is designed to help meet their needs.

Melody’s academic foundation was laid at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in social work with a gerontology minor. She holds accident and health insurance licenses, along with AHIP certification.

Raised on a hobby farm as one of 10 children, Melody developed strong family values and a deep appreciation for community. She and her husband, Dietrich, share their home in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with their Miniature Australian Shepherd. In her free time, Melody is actively involved at the Bridge Church and coaches track and cross country at Memorial High School.
